They worked great they’re a little pricier, but without having hand function, they’re very easy to get on. Definitely worth every penny it has made my independence level so much more. And they do not leave any marks on my hands at all.

Hello there, I had a spinal cord injury in 1994, causing complete paralysis from C6/7, and these are my first Active Hands multipurpose grip devices that I purchased. They are wonderful in the gym where I am able to use great equipment that would previously be time consuming to attach me to, not to mention the safety aspects of speedy detachment. Often I have used the tripod formation and affixed my wrist and hand, such as my car steering wheel attachment and my electric geared handbike. However, for some activies these gloves are amazing, they are comfortable, flexible and supportive. I’m going to try them in the hydrotherapy pool next!

In reply to Andries. It's great to hear how our aids have helped your son. We have tried many times to come up with a way to make our gripping aids quick release but it is an almost impossible challenge. We will keep thinking though!

Very nice, my son uses it for his mountain biking and he has reached great heights with it. But I am afraid that now he is getting older and the courses are getting more technical it might be getting risky as he is ultimately tied to the mountain bike and there is no quick release option. It would be great if you guys could help with something like that. We are willing to participate in any trials you might have. Thanks again Andries

I’m partially paralyzed as the result of a stroke. I use this glove for exercise. It’s comfortable and there’s no way the weight is going to slip out of my grip with this on. I use its lighter weight version for regular daily use.

As a user with Hemophilia Cerebral Palsy the equipment is fantastic. Their customer support team was able to assist and answer questions. The only negative I can say is large is larger than I estimated:)

In reply to stuartnalisonb. As people are lifting heavier weights, we are looking at uprating our products to keep up. We are also considering offering a stronger gripping aid for those who are lifting big weights.

Firstly I’d like to say the gloves are great. I use them on a daily basis.
I ordered a left and right glove about 10 months ago. After a few months the right glove failed. Active hands were great and immediately dispatched a replacement.
Last month the right hand glove failed again. I ordered a new one and thus far it has been fine.
I’m not sure if there has been a change of manufacturer or design but I would expect the glove to last longer than it did.
