We would not expect any part to break off LapStacker. Our dispatch team will be in touch to sort out this issue for you.

Have some concern that the plastic on this part is a bit brittle. Will need to see if this causes a problem, as obviously if the magnet should dislodge, then the kit would become useless. Docked a star as this is not cheap, to break after so little use. Fingers crossed this will remain a cosmetic issue only.

Recommended. Only criticism is the instructions regarding raised or flush seat base – I have a Quickie and it fits the ‘raised’ description, so we undid the screws and tried to fit the straps, no go, the ‘raise’ is not high enough. So we fitted as per ‘flush’ instructions (way easier with no necessary tool work) and so far, so good. You will not regret buying this kit.
